All riders, handlers, spectators, and visitors use the facilities at Casewick Stud Ltd entirely at their own risk.

Casewick Stud Ltd, its owners, employees, and anyone associated with the business accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or death to persons, horses, vehicles, tack, equipment, or property, howsoever caused, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

Casewick Stud Ltd does not provide insurance for riders, horses, vehicles, tack, or equipment. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal and thirdparty insurance.

Horse riding and equestrian activities are inherently dangerous, and by entering the premises and using the facilities, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with riding horses or ponies on, over, or near cross-country and show-jumping fences, including natural and man-made hazards, ground conditions, and fixed obstacles.

All users must comply with site rules and safety requirements, including:

• Wearing approved riding hats and body protectors (current British Standard or equivalent) and suitable footwear with defined heels at all times.
• Ensuring riders are capable of the fences attempted and have assessed the course, ground conditions, and hazards before riding.
• Proper supervision of children at all times. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Observing jump flag rules, avoiding closed fences, and refraining from racing
• Parking only in designated areas, keeping gates closed, and clearing all droppings
• Keeping dogs on leads at all times and cleaning up after them

Failure to comply with these rules is done entirely at the user’s own risk, and Casewick Stud Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from non-compliance.

Casewick Stud Ltd reserves the right to close the course or arena at any time without notice.

All accidents, defects, or damage must be reported before leaving the site.
